Welcome to Lynomia Social (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed to help users manage, schedule, automate, and analyze their social media presence across various third-party networks, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.

Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information, as well as the information relating to your end-users and social media audiences, when you use our Platform and services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

To provide our SaaS services, we collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Platform, and via third-party Social Media Platform APIs.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, company name, and billing/payment details.

  • Customer Support Data: Information you provide when contacting our support team or requesting assistance.

B. Information Collected via Social Media Platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

When you connect your social media accounts to our Platform via official Graph APIs or SDKs, we access and collect certain data as authorized by you and the respective platforms:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Profile information, page/account IDs, access tokens, published content, comments, messages, and aggregated performance metrics (such as reach, impressions, engagement, and demographic insights).

  • TikTok: Profile information, video metadata, comments, access tokens, and performance analytics (such as views, likes, shares, and audience statistics).

  • User-Generated Content: Posts, images, videos, captions, and schedules you upload to be published on these platforms.

C. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Details & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, and system logs.

  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver, optimize, and secure our SaaS platform. Specific use cases include:

  • Service Delivery: Providing dashboard analytics, executing scheduled posts, and facilitating multi-platform inbox management.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Aggregating data retrieved from Meta and TikTok APIs to generate visual reports and performance insights for your accounts.

  • Platform Maintenance: Troubleshooting bugs, monitoring server performance, and ensuring the security of our infrastructure.

  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to our Terms of Service and the developer policies of Meta, TikTok, and other integrated networks.

Important Note on Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, your social media data, or your audience data to third parties or advertising networks.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in hosting our platform (e.g., cloud storage servers, database management, and payment processors). These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or government regulation, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

  • All data transmitted between our platform and your browser, as well as between our platform and social media APIs, is encrypted using SSL/TLS.

  • Access tokens for Meta and TikTok are encrypted before being stored securely in our databases.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services.

User-Controlled Data Deletion

  • Disconnecting Accounts: You can disconnect your Meta or TikTok accounts from our Platform at any time through your dashboard settings. Once disconnected, we cease fetching new data.

  • Account Termination: If you delete your account, all associated personal data and cached social media analytics will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days, unless legal obligations require retention.

6. Meta and TikTok Compliance & User Rights

Our Platform strictly complies with the Meta Developer Policies and TikTok Developer Terms.
