Welcome to Lynomia Social ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website ([https://social.lynomia.com](https://social.lynomia.com)) and our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) social media management tools (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. Account Registration and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

• Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@lynomia.com of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of Services & Subscriptions

Lynomia Social provides a web-based dashboard allowing users to manage, schedule, automate, and analyze content across third-party social media networks.

• SaaS License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for your internal business or personal social media management.

• Subscription Fees: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise or required by law.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

3. Third-Party Platform Integration (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Our Platform integrates with third-party social media networks via official APIs (e.g., Meta Graph API, TikTok Developer API).

• Compliance with Platform Rules: By connecting any social media account to Lynomia Social, you strictly agree to comply with the terms of service and developer policies of those networks, including but not limited to:

  • Meta Terms of Service and Developer Policies

  • TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Community Guidelines

• API Limitations: We are not responsible for any limitations, restrictions, or account bans imposed on you by Meta, TikTok, or other third parties due to your content or activity.

• Service Availability: If a third-party network updates its API, restricts access, or terminates our integration, certain features of Lynomia Social may become unavailable. We are not liable for any such changes.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use Lynomia Social to:

• Publish, schedule, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harmful, hateful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

• Engage in spamming, artificial engagement generation (e.g., buying fake likes/followers), or any activity that violates Meta or TikTok community standards.

• Attempt to bypass, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the security and infrastructure of the Platform.

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to access our system without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: All intellectual property on the Platform, including software, code, UI/UX design, logos, and graphics, belongs to Lynomia Social and is protected by copyright laws.

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of all data, text, images, and videos you upload or publish through our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Basis: Lynomia Social is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that our analytics tools will be 100% accurate or that the use of our automation tools will increase your social media performance.

• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynomia Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination

• By You: You can cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if your actions cause potential legal liability for us or our third-party integrations (Meta/TikTok).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction/country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new terms on this page or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
